Past Trips

It all started when I was 8 years old and my mom took us on a business trip to the U.S. Virgin Islands.  I was hooked on travel ever since then.  In 1996 my mom and I did a 2 week tour of Italy and Greece.  It would be nearly another 6 years before I would travel again.   Me and a few friends took a cruise to Cozumel in 2003 and each year since I have had some sort of travel plans in the works at all times.  London and Prague in 2004, Spain and Morocco in 2005 and then the big trip in 2007 around the world making my way through 12 countries in Africa and South East Asia.  As soon as I got back from that trip my goal was to get right back in to school and finish my bachelors with out stopping.  I have still found a way to save a little money to take smaller trips to hold me over.  In 2008 I spent a week in the Dominican Republic.

Just wanted to say that I love what you are doing, many people would be very scared to travel to unkown places the way you do, I think its a great way to know the real people and spirit of a place, a city, its people. Someday I would love to follow your steps. Thank you for the inspiration.
